Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I have always believed that when you are doing what you love, you can't help but be great at it. This philosophy epitomizes what practicing Real Estate is to me. Though I love the flexibility of my career, especially since I have younger children, my greatest love is the expression that I get from 1st time homebuyers who I've help to accomplish what they thought was impossible...the reality of home ownership.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The biggest challenge that I face as a Real Estate Professional is trying to stay abreast of the neverending changes in a ever-changing field. From constant contract modifications to the lightning-paced changes in technology, real estate never stops evolving.
