Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Real Estate is my passion and hobby. I truly enjoy the relationship that is formed with my clients while buying and selling a house. Because this one of the most important decisions that they make in life, it is a very intense time. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible so that it can be a pleasant time - which it should be!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue for real estate agents is time management. It is an addictive career that can easily consume your whole life. Leaving time for relaxation, family and recreation is challenging.

My favorite story is the time a client saw one of my houses on the internet. She flew into town, spent the night with me and purchased the house before boarding the plane the next day. We have since become good friends and neighbors!

My motto is 'excellence is in the details'. I am a very detailed person and really strive to make sure every t is crossed and every i is dotted.

My daughter.

I live by the creed that one can never go wrong by doing the right thing.
