- I love getting to know people and helping them make the dream of owning a coastal home a reality. I never know what the day has in store and that is exciting to me.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Teaching potential buyers why properties are priced as they are. Very diverse land options and housing provide a variety of different price points.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a couple that had been looking in the area for over 18 years, searching for the perfect 2nd home. The wife was very cautious and asked every question under the sun. I happily sought the answers and reported back to her. We looked at tons of properties over a years time but always kept circling back to the 1st house we had seen. Eventually we made the offer on that house and got a great deal on a soundside home. Everything went smoothly and it closed within the month. The wife contacted me and told me that even though she was reluctant and very nervous about such a big purchase, that now she couldn't be any happier. She wishes she had made the move years ago- she has never slept better than she does in her "Island Home". Hearing that, reminds me why I love this job!

- My eagerness to make my clients happy and feel secure in their decisions. I am always available and provide quick call backs.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The area itself is what inspires me the most. This career allows me the opportunity to introduce people to our beautiful beaches and laid-back environment.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Referrals are your best friend! Work hard, always be available and return phone calls.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- RIGHT HERE in EMERALD ISLE, NC! I love the beach and the people in the area. Friendly southern accents,salt air breezes and the sound of the waves, does it get any better?
