- On Lake Norman in a golf community in North Carolina. Having a great view of the Lake, the proximaty to Charlotte and everything it offers, 1 1/2 hours from the mountains, 3 1/2 hours from the beaches, great weather and everyone is from somewhere else. What more do you need!
