The Lake Norman area is booming and continues to be one the best areas to relocate. Developments such as Langtree on the Lake, Augustalee in Cornelius, and the Huntersville Discovery Place for kids are all projects projected to be completed in the next 5 years.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love meeting new people and creating clients/friends for life by exceeding there Real Estate expectations!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Not being able to know the future, though there are several ways to get a good idea to help a client have continueing equity growth from there home.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
On Lake Norman in a golf community in North Carolina. Having a great view of the Lake, the proximaty to Charlotte and everything it offers, 1 1/2 hours from the mountains, 3 1/2 hours from the beaches, great weather and everyone is from somewhere else. What more do you need!
