- I absolutely love working as a Real Estate Broker and helping clients with the American dream of homeownership! I become personal friends with most of my past clients and feel that developing lasting relationships is imperative.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue that I face as a Real Estate Professional is trying to maintain stress free transactions for my clients. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, so I concentrate on doing whatever I can to help them through the process with the least amount of stress.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One of my client success stories/testimonials would be as follows: “Leanne was fantastic! As a military family, we only had a few days to travel across country and find a place to live prior to our final move. We communicated with Leanne the type of neighborhood and house that we were looking, and she was well prepared when we arrived. With only minimal time to look, she kept us on track by showing us only the areas and houses that met our needs. Even when we pushed her to do differently, we soon determined why those areas and houses didn’t make her “to see” list. We soon trusted her completely. She then went “above and beyond” by acting as our “eyes and voice” with the builder while we were away. She was even there with us on our final walk-through. Our builder remarked, “I’ve never seen a Realtor do that before!” After closing, we still stay in touch ... something else I have never done with a Realtor before. - What is your best characteristic?
- My best characteristics would include being extremely well organized, detail oriented and providing my clients with excellent communication skills.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My father! He is truly my best friend and an amazing father! He inspires me to be the best that I can be and to always follow my dreams.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Well, the best advice I ever received in terms of real estate transactions would be... "Treat people the way that you would want to be treated." That statement is so very true! It's a statement to live by...
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I must say that if I could live anywhere in the world, I believe it would be right here in North Carolina! But, it's followed by a close second, Maui!
