What a rewarding experience to see the joy on a young couples' faces when they are buying their first home. It's exciting to see families moving up to a larger home and they are thrilled with their choice. I am so honored when they choose me to help them in this most serious and personal decision. It's always a pleasure to keep up with my new friends to see how they have settled into their new home. With a B.S. in Business Marketing from UNC-Charlotte, my focus is on an aggressive strategy to sell my clients' homes when they outgrow them or are re-locating to another area. Negotiation is definitely an art, and one that I relish. My main goal is to get homes sold quickly and for top dollar. This also comes in during the buying process when I assist a Buyer to obtain a great deal on their new dream home. Once an Offer to Purchase is drafted, that's when the fun begins! My goal is the same as my Buyers AND Sellers.
