"This agent is INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She made an appointment to show our home, and then changed the time by one hour a few days later (NOT a problem!) I had two children home sick that day, and cleaned my house to PERFECTION for 3 hours. I drove around for an hour in my car with my sick kids and 2 dogs to kill time, came home, realized she had not showed up, and drove around for another hour to give her time just in case she was running late - AND THIS AGENT NEVER SHOWED!! I called Centralized Showings after the first hour, and they called this agent WHO DID NOT ANSWER HER PHONE!! We received via Centralized Showings 3 days later a cancellation message - she said her clients had had her paperwork so she could not call to cancel - and I must assume, it also prohibited her from answering her phone. I am deeply appalled by this agent's lack of courtesy. I would most definitely NOT do any kind of business with this agent."

Tim Leadbetter is not a crook. He surrendered his liscense because he gave his commission and bonus money to his buyers so they could buy appliances for the homes the purchased.
He was unaware that this should have been disclosed to the lender.

The Commission found that Mr. Leadbetter, broker-in-charge of a real estate brokerage firm, acted as buyer agent in numerous transactions in which he promised buyer rebates outside closing and received commissions and bonuses on closing statements that he rebated to buyers outside closing without disclosure to the lender in the transactions.
