I have been researching places to live in Charlotte for two years now. This agent was a very pretty younger lady, but was always too busy to help with my inquires. I tried to reach her several times, but she never showed interest in returning the effort. Not sure if she is still with the company?

I personally have worked with this Broker. She is in the development industry, not general brokerage, and she does an amazing job. Other Realtors and my clients and I bought at Citadin and her communication among the buyers is appreciated by all.

So Sarah why did you give her 5 stars then, if she is indeed so terrible. Go figure!!!!!!!!

This agent was the most unprofessional and unqualified agent that I have ever met with in my entire life. My wife and I were put in a difficult situation and she made nothing of a mess of the matter. I would never recommend her to a co-worker or friend. The service was completely unacceptable.
