- Balancing one's time is an important issue that all agents must struggle with. I have developed a system in which I keep up to date with my clients enabling them to be informed completely along the transaction process.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recently sold a home to a client looking for a fixer upper in an improving area. After a year of work he is about ready to sell it. He just spoke with an appraiser and may easily expect to double his investment!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Communication and listening. I find that it is best to listen to my clients in order to best solve their concerns. I provide as much feedback as I can and often find myself contacting 3rd party vendors to assist my clients.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My Father. He practiced Real Estate for over 50 years in the state of Florida, before passing away.

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right where I am! There are many beautiful places I have seen in many places around the world. I have been fortunate to travel and see many interesting cultures. Often people see a place and think that it is paradise. One needs to understand the place they want to move before they get there. That is why I think that it is important to have talk to those in the community you would like to move.
