Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy working with people and helping to make a difference in their lives. Real Estate Agents help people make some of their most important decisions in life.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Balancing one's time is an important issue that all agents must struggle with. I have developed a system in which I keep up to date with my clients enabling them to be informed completely along the transaction process.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I recently sold a home to a client looking for a fixer upper in an improving area. After a year of work he is about ready to sell it. He just spoke with an appraiser and may easily expect to double his investment!
What is your best characteristic?
Communication and listening. I find that it is best to listen to my clients in order to best solve their concerns. I provide as much feedback as I can and often find myself contacting 3rd party vendors to assist my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My Father. He practiced Real Estate for over 50 years in the state of Florida, before passing away.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I am! There are many beautiful places I have seen in many places around the world. I have been fortunate to travel and see many interesting cultures. Often people see a place and think that it is paradise. One needs to understand the place they want to move before they get there. That is why I think that it is important to have talk to those in the community you would like to move.
