This guy knows his stuff, he's been doing it in Charlotte since 1990. He knows what's happening in South Charlotte too! I was looking for a place in Providence Country Club and Ballantyne but he showed me where I could get a lot more for my money in Marvin, just below Ballantyne. I was wanting a large lot but couldn't find one in Mecklenburg County. My home has 1 acre! The house is awesome! The taxes are low because its just below Mecklenburg across county lines in Union County. They are half the cost of Mecklenburg's property taxes. William knows South Charlotte and has the experience for sure.
