How many years have you been in Real Estate?: Eight years full time.
What is the average home price in your market?: $280,000-depending on where you want to live in Charlotte.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love working with new people showing off my beautiful city. I enjoy taking the customeer from contract to closing, helping them every step of the way. For me it is not about the money it is about the feeling of another happy family living in Charlotte!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Right now, a lot of our clients can not sell their properties in other markets. Are market is fine but our clients are fusterated about having to take a lower price in the other states where they live.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I relocated a client and his business from Long Island,NY. We looked for the perfect area for 2 years before deciding Kannapolis would be best for his business. He purchased a large home in Rockwell, NC. I just stopped by to see him and his business has over doubled, he works less and is completely enjoying his family and life in NC. Wow, what a great feeling that I brought that to him.
What is your best characteristic?: Great listener. I won't steer or show you properties you are not interested in. After seeing a few properties with you, I can pretty much pinpoint where you would like to be in Charlotte, and what kind of home you would like. Price does not matter to me.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My husband and children are the love of my life. My partners in my business keep me going. We have a great synergy among us. Kelli Snyder with Brian Buffini gives me great guidence.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Don't spend your advertising dollars on print ads. Choose your clients because there are good and bad clients. It is ok to not want to work with the bad ones.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Charlotte, I travel all over with my husband and there is no place like home!
