I reaffirm my cautionary advice to prospective clients of Dena Goudy of Remax. In retaliation for my candid, truthful feedback in 2007, Dena Goudy is currently harrassing and threatening my family. She is demanding that my unfavorable feedback of her services be retracted from the Incredible Agents website. Despite my requests for her to stop contacting me, she persists. My feedback on Dena Goudy is now updated to include that she engages in backlash of those who are less than satisfied with her services and are willing to convey as such. Further, Dena Goudy continues this harrassment with her full knowledge that my husband is terminally ill. Formal complaints of Dena Goudy have been filed with the NC Real Estate Commission and Remax Realty. A Letter of Notice has been sent to Incredible Agents. PLEASE NOTE, I, KATIE CLARY, HAVE WRITTEN TWO LETTERS OF FEEDBACK ON INCREDIBLE AGENTS ON DENA GOUDY-THE FIRST IN APRIL OF 2007 AND THE SECOND IN OCTOBER OF 2008.

Post-closing Dean Goudy refused to issue the commission rebate promised to us upon the initial listing agreement. Dena Goudy knowlying and fraudulently breached the listing agreement. We were forced to initiate the help of Coldwell Banker United executives in order to recover a mere portion of our losses. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE. Dena Goudy is unqualified to participate in real estate transactions and is untrustworthy in her contract dealings.
