Unparalled Service - A 5 Star Experience
Linda Schild is the best realtor we have had the privilege to work with. And this is our fourth purchase transaction. She went out of her way to find just the right home for us. Never giving up she combed the listings and showed us everything that met our requirements. We began the search in January of '11 and closed on our new home June 13th of 2011. If you are looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile, then Linda is truly the one you want! We have already recommended her to friends who are selling/buying their homes.
THE PERFECT REALTOR
After a frustrating experience with two realtors, a co-worker referred us to Linda. She restored our confidence in realtors. She was a consumate professional. She found us exactly what we were looking for, communicated with us every step of the way, negotiated a great price and guided us through the financing process. They say there is no such thing as a perfect house, but we did find the perfect realtor.

In response to the previous review, we appreciate from the seller's perspective why she was upset. However, this was not the agent's fault. It was ours. We, the potential buyers were running late. The agent was very much concerned about notifying the seller, and she made every attempt to do so, and she did leave a message. She also answered every call she received while she was showing us other homes hoping that she would receive a call from this distraught seller. When we arrived late at the home, we did not want to go in because we were not interested from what we saw from the outside view. We are from out of town and only had a limited amount of time to see a very large number of homes. In our minds, our agent is the best we have ever encountered. She is smart, very hard working, ethical, knows her business, follows up every detail, and is extremely polite and concerned for both buyer and seller. We would recommend her above any other agent in the country. Sorry this happened.
INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
This agent is INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She made an appointment to show our home, and then changed the time by one hour a few days later (NOT a problem!) I had two children home sick that day, and cleaned my house to PERFECTION for 3 hours. I drove around for an hour in my car with my sick kids and 2 dogs to kill time, came home, realized she had not showed up, and drove around for another hour to give her time just in case she was running late - AND THIS AGENT NEVER SHOWED!! I called Centralized Showings after the first hour, and they called this agent WHO DID NOT ANSWER HER PHONE!! We received via Centralized Showings 3 days later a cancellation message - she said her clients had had her paperwork so she could not call to cancel - and I must assume, it also prohibited her from answering her phone. I am deeply appalled by this agent's lack of courtesy. I would most definitely NOT do any kind of business with this agent.
