I met Kelli from a friend/co worker who used her to sell their home. She was the best we interviewed. Kelli was not afraid to tell us exactly what to do to get the best price for our home. Very smart about her business. We ended up selling in less then 30 days in a market that has changed incredibly in the past year. She lived up to her promises and would recomend her to anyone. Thank you to Kelli & Michael for all their hard work. They help me sell my home in Olde Providence and helped me find my new home in Matthews. Kelli helped me sell and Michael helped me with my new home. Kelli took charge and told me EVERYTHING I needed to do to my home to sell it before all the others in my neighborhood. I did what she asked and it worked. I sold for more money by just staging and getting my home ready. Kelli went through some kind of Professional Staging School and her advise was great. We have sold many homes in our lives. After meeting Kelli Sheppe and Michael Fournier (they make an excellent team to say the least!)our opinion of a Realtor changed...their experience was priceless...many situation came up and they handled everything so professional. Not to mention getting us more money then we thought for our house. Really when you get down to it...hiring a listing agent is hiring a negotiator and if they aren't good at that then you are in trouble. I have seen to many homes sell for a lot less in our neighborhood! I'd recomend Kelli, Michael and their team to everyone. Lisa
