I have bought and brokered many homes through Darrell. I have not had any problems with him to date. All purchases have been successful and I will continue to purchase properties, either for myself or my clients, again.

Darrell is clearly in the sales game for himself and does not care about the customer. Be very careful in dealing with him. Make sure you agent is very thorough as he is deceptive at times.

I bought 3 properties off of Mr. Dinkler as well. Each time he has been vary up front and honest as well as knowledgeable and insightful. Any questions I had were always answered truthfuly with no reservation. I dont know what the negative post is all about and realy dont care but to call someone a liar over and over again is trashy and low cl****. I have been dealing with Gateway Homes as well as Mr. Dinkler for over 3 yrs now and I have nothing buy the utmost respect for these guys.I have even referred some close friends of mine to Darrell and not a one of them had anything negative to say. I guess it's just like the old addage goes " You can make some of the people happy some of the time but you can't make all of the people happy all of the time".

I have also purchased a townhome from Darrell. I found him him to be very helpfull and honest. My townhome is very nice and my price was great. With all the volume that Darrell sales, its a shame that good posts are few and far between.

I have bought 3 homes from Darell, I am completely happy, you should be mad at yourself for not inquiring deeply enough. The pricing is fair and and the product is great, I totally recommend him.

Darrell Dinkler, in my opinion, is a liar. In my opinion he is not afraid to mislead the buyer, make blatant false statements, and then when asked about them later, lie again. The builder has a great product and durable construction but Dinkler is unethical and should have his license revoked.

You are not getting what you pay for. I would discourage anyone from working with Darrell Dinkler. In my experience with him, he did not follow the code of ethics
