this pos company had the nerve to charge me an extra 3 grand to the already $1400 they had from my security deposit when we moved out for a bunch of bogus items. On top of that they charged ridiculous amounts on the final bill that just didnt make any sense. As the person above said you never can talk to the same person, people dont return phone calls or emails asking for someone to call. terrible company would never ever in a million years deal with this company again on any fronts. hope none of you made the same 3000 dollar mistake I did with these fools.

The log assembly was sitting in a pile in the garage for me to clean up. The house was dirty at move-in, and they had the nerve to charge me cleaning fees at move-out! They have sent me a "final bill" in email and postal mail. The bills do not match at all and I've been fighting with them about getting the charges right for a month! I explained the math out there for them plain as day and they stick to their guns with NO leg to stand on. You never get to talk to the same person when you call with questions and each person has a different story for you. I will NEVER rent from them again and wouldn't wish that headache on anyone that I care about. If you come across an Elder Broach property, run away!
