Are guys just bad at the details? We never saw the inspection report for our new house and it turns out that it was never inspected. He said he saw it, but when I asked he directed me to the actual inspector (RE Agents are required to keep a copy for X years). According to RESPA it's illegal for RE vendors to take money from a RE transaction (w/o merit) so I follow up (not with Carl) and got a full refund from the actual inspector (when I mentioned the RESPA law). If you're looking for someone to take your money and sell you what you don't need--then look no further. Carl's your guy.
