What year did you become a real estate agent?
The agent has not answered this question.
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
+2 yrs
What is the average home price in your market?
Approximately $212,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Charlotte is the only area in the country where home values actually appreciated.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I like the way every day is different and the challenge of running my own business. Combined with my affinity for brokering relationships, being an agent puts me exactly where I want to be in all aspects of my life.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Just as running my own business is one of the things I love about real estate it's also my biggest challenge. Truly, identifying processes and best practices AND implementing them on a consistent basis is a huge challenge.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Just so you know, I'm a closet "people watcher." The most interesting observations I've made about buyers and sellers is their reluctance to "close" the deal, especially, when the the "deal" is what they previously said they wanted. I don't think the phenomena is germane to real estate but it shows up in the industry a lot nonetheless.
What is your best characteristic?
Hmm, I'm not really sure. I have plenty of faults that readily come to mind though. I will say that I try very hard and I believe in integrity.
Who or what inspires you the most?
GOD inspires me the most. There's also a poem by Marianne Williamson, titled "Our Deepest Fear" that strikes a chord with me. You should check it out.
What is the best advice you ever received?
I received tons of great advice from my parents and my sister. The piece that I remember most vividly though came from a good friend just before I got married. He said every married man should have a hobby he can do outside of the house at any time, day or night by himself. If you don't understand or need that tidbit, that's okay. If you do understand it please take it for yourself & pass it on! Long live Marriage!!!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I'd like to live on one of those islands in Cayo Espanto!
