Great time to buy and great agent to use
I had a positive experience with Shanita Crowell and am comfortable recommending her services. I found that it was much easier to get in touch with her by e-mail. Great gal and not pushy like some agents can be.
1st Time Experience
Shanita tried to help me with my first time home buying experience. I was very excited abour the process, however, that excitement would not last long because it took her 2 days to return calls and followup on emails. My end result was to find a more experience Realtor to get the results I deserved.

Nia Greene is no other than Shanita Crowell. Thanks Ms. Crowell for coming forward and showing us who you are. Using such profane language does nothing for your reputation. Making up fake email addresses doesn't inspire any of us to contact you. You are the pits, your business sucks and the comments prove that. Just face the facts and man up instead of hiding behind fake names with fake e-personalities. Unprofessional Comments!!!!
Some of these comments are very rude and unprofessional. The comments coming from Nia, Greene, Kelly Whiles and Theresa C seem very personal and out right ridiculous. Providing some ones personal information via the internet, house info, phone numbers are unexplainable. Throwing threats out on the internet is outrageous and can land some one in jail. The moderators of this board should get the IP address of Nia Greene and provide it to the authorities for communicating threats. There is such a thing as internet crime people check it out. If I were the Realtor I would contact the owners of this site and have this garbage deleted. This is a business website, not a site for people to bash some ones character. I am a Realtor and I am ashamed at Shanita Crowell for not coming forward and correcting this horrible mess as it creates an awful image for her.

I am sorry to say that I did not get what I expected. Shanita Crowell did not have any resources, very slow to respond, just nothing worth talking about.
Buyer Beware!!
Shanita was not helpful and did not get the JOB done. She barely knew the market and had little connections. It was a waste of a 2 weeks of my time. The constant leaving messages with no return phone calls made me decide to take my business else where.
I was referred
I decided to use her from a referral for a purchase of my first home. She is nice, however, she has delayed reaction timing. It would take her days to return my phone call. Very pleasant voice but not so good business techniques.

I can highly recommend Shanita for help with selling real estate. She sold our townhome and is helping me find the right assisted living facility for my father even though she doesn't get paid for it. My son is disabled and Shanita did a great job making sure we could manage the traffic to our home without feeling put out. I am grateful and thank the Lord for Shanita's help. We are very happy.

I had a wonderful experience with Shanita Crowell as my agent and will use her for my next purchase. I have been in Charlotte all of my life and just bought my first home with my new husband. We are happy with everything from the inspection to the mortgage and all the work in between. She was responsive, communicative and friendly and most of all a true professional. Home Purchasing
The worst realestate agent in the business and not only that showed my husband and I homes and went behind my back contacted my husband and slept with him. She also ruined my relationship with Ty and never returned phone calls regarding available homes I would never recommend her as an agent.
Yes, Incredible
Shanita did an incredible job selling my home at a tough time. Even with so much inventory available I was able to get a reasonable price in a reasonable time. Shanita knows Charlotte! I would sell again and when the market turns around I will definitely purchase my home with Shanita on the job.
Slow to Respond...
My wife and I moved to Charlotte back in 2000, we were advise to contact Shanita Crowell for assistants in purchasing our new home. Needless to say Shanita was of no help to my family and me. We waited hours upon hours for return calls back. She wasn't consistent in her word. I wouldn't recommend her service to anyone.

I would highly recommend Shanita for buying and selling real estate. I purchased a total of three investment properties and sold one home through Shanita. I am not generally a fan of one-stop, mom & pop shopping when it comes to real estate but in the Charlotte area, Shanita was an excellent choice. I don't recall if she is a native or long-time resident but her knowledge is top-notch. Excellent insight and very low-key to be a salesperson. Not at all pushy.

I appreciate her attention to detail and knowledge of when to move and to hold on an offer and also her recommendations for vendors. Pretty good agent
I didn't realize Shanita was still selling real estate. I am in the service and we moved to Dubai not too long after buying. Not sure if we were just one of the lucky ones or if something else is going on but we didn't have any problem with her. I thought she liked working with owners more than buyers but she's pretty good at marketing and got us a good price for our home. Shanita if you read this, not sure if you remember us but we had the Akita and the "Austin Powers" carpet. LOL I don't know if I could say Shanita is the most responsive but to be fair my wife was on a mission and would call on every house that came on the market. What mattered to me was that when we found THE house, Shanita was right there talking us through the process, negotiating on both ends and we were happy. I think we did fine. We would definitely give her a call if we came back to the market. Two thumbs up, Shanita!
Lost Cause
Shanita Crowell was no help to me and my wife. Shanita Crowell was very unprofessional and Shanita did not return phone calls promptly. I would not recommend Shanita Crowell to do business with. My wife and I did find our dream home using another realtor, but it took us longer because we wasted so much time with false promises and lies from Shanita Crowell. Don't waste your time, go some where else.

We enjoyed our experience
My husband and I retired to Charlotte in August 1997 and have been very happy here. We are going to sell our home now and move to Houston to enjoy our new twin grandchildren. They are our first. I went looking for Miss Nita but she does not work for the same office now. My daughter googed her and found this information. I will call the number in the morning. Meanwhile I am adding my "2 cents" and want people to know that Miss Nita is very nice and helpful. She is not the fast email type but I'm not either so it works. I could always get her on the telephone and could recommend her for people who like personal contact. I don't think she is a good fit for people who are more transactional than relationship-oriented. I thought she was good for us because we knew what we wanted for the most part but we needed to know about the communities and have someone fight for a good price. We were happy. Will come back and let you know how it goes this time.

Outstanding Busineswoman/Remarkably Kind Person
It is disheartening to see that someone with a personal gripe has opted to use this forum. Clearly, this person is not one of Ms. Crowell's clients as she does not even work for the agency listed. I truly doubt that the caliber of clients with whom Ms. Crowell does business would use this medium to express discontent. It is odd that so many clients suddenly found a relatively obscure website within such a short time and opted to use it to voice such angry concerns. This is particularly odd since the legitimate outlet for these grievances would be the broker of record or the Real Estate Commission. While I am fairly certain the sophisticated seller or buyer sees through this charade, I leave my post for new buyers who may not be aware. I am not hear to bash Ms. Crowell like most of the others. I can say that she helped me with locating someone that could help me because she was unable to do so. I will also add that she was a bit slow in response to emails and voice mails but I didn't really think much about it. Over all the experience was OK.

Kendra there is nothing **** about me, I don't have to give details on my event with Shanita Crowell. The business with bad as I said before and she is not professional. Shanita Crowell has yet to respond to any of these responses inregards to her poor business practice. I am willing to bet all the positive reviews were written by Shanita herself. I still would never do business with her and would never refer any of my friends. Shanita is very unprofessional and has a bad reputation for messing with other women men. The only one here is this same person ("Tina Smith", "Katheine", "Jason", "Amy", "Cindy") who keeps changing her/his name. You never went into details about what Ms. Crowell did not do for you. Stop being jaded, find another agent and move on with you simple, little life and lies. I really hope the rest of your life is not in such a hater mode. It seems to the rest of us, who are real, that only you (the same person with the name changes) are unhappy. Get over it and move on. No one wants to hear that hate from you. How do I know so much about Ms. Crowell and her clients? Not only am I a client of hers, I do her marketing. She nor I have ever dealt with you. Get over yourself!
Bad for Business...Take ur business elsewhere!
Every person who had something positive to say about Ms.Crowell is apparently lying. If you read each comment it is all stated the same, the writing and context is the same as well. It is very apparent that this Shanita Crowell is bogus and has a NO good reputation. I would not recommend her if my life dependent on it. I for one know my credit is very worthy that is NOT the issue here. The issue is that she is not a professional person to do business with. I guarantee no one is trying to slander her name the truth speaks for itself. If you do bad business, you have unhappy customers, who will in return give not so great reviews...Hooray for the individuals who received great treatment, great for you maybe on the day she helped me she was having personal issues. Either way she will never get a recommendation from me or my business!!!!
My experiences with Ms. Crowell
As I sit here and read these negative comments, I have to wonder what are these people issues? My experience has been more than wonderful with Ms. Crowell! Maybe these people have credit issues or they are trying to slander her name and reputation. Whatever the case, you can rest ****ure this agent is courteous, professional, and outstanding! She is a go-getter, a hard-worker, and she helps the client in all ways possible. I recently brought a house in the Matthews area...LOVE IT and Love her for this find! I transferred here from California. She took time out of her busy schedule to find the perfect house for me and my family. I was referred to her from a college friend and I can only say she is the only agent I will use! My husband and I don't have the most money in the world or the best credit, but I got a great house in a great neighborhood and the best price! Would I p**** Ms. Crowell's name on to another person - YES INDEED, I WILL!! Thanks Ms. Crowell

Sorry to add but I think all the positive reviews are all lies. I worked with Ms. Crowell and she was very unprofessional, no website, no good communication. Sorry but she was the worst. I have since then come in contact with someone much better. Real Estate isn't for everyone!

Shanita Crowell - Not so Good Realtor!!!!!!!!!!!
I am glad I found this site. I tried to do business with Shanita Crowell a few months back. I was referred to her by a friend whom surprisingly had good experience with her in the past. I decided to contact Shanita by email. It took her 2 days to reply to my first email and 4 days to reply to the response I sent her back. I basically told her “NO Thank you” for your business. She is not prompt at answering emails, how would I be sure if she would be prompt in doing business for me. So as you can see it was a NO go for me!
Unprofessional/Waste
I wish I had great things to say as a couple of the other “so called” buyers. I know my personal experience with Shanita Crowell was very unprofessional. When working with her, her phone would ring in the middle of our conversation and she would just rudely take the other call. In my opinion I believe all the positive responses are all bogus. I wish she would respond to some of these comments to save her reputation. It just goes to show how unprofessional she really is, a “real” realtor would try to save themselves. At this point I believe she is only “trying” to run a business out of her home, which is obviously not working in her favor. I was anger at my ****ociate for recommending her to me. What a waste! My experience was horrid and I wouldn’t recommend her to any of my buying ****ociates.
Great Experience
I have to wonder if the previous posts are actually real-perhaps this site does not validate postings. IF so, they would find that Ms. Crowell has a portfolio of customers who love her work and highly recommend her. I purchased two homes with this agent and she was even able to recommend an out of state investment for me. Not certain if this site is even frequently visited, but for those who are using this as a decision making tool-its so worth your time to connect with this agent. Perhaps the previous post is dissapointed because they may have been an unqualified buyer with credit issues? I dont know-none the less, come prepared to buy, and Ms. Crowell will get you into the house of your dreams!

ow I wished I could I have gotten excellent service from this Realtor. Ms. Crowell was not great with prompt return of telephone calls or email. She would respond 8 hours later and sometimes not until the next day. I have since found a Realtor of my own who was prompt in delivery of all communication and I found my house and purchased my home very fast. Ms. Crowell missed out on profiting from a 350k home. This is why communication and treating your customers with A+ service is key and because she did not do this, she lost business. With Ms. Crowell I was simply not getting any where. If she helped anyone find a home great from them, but it didn’t happen that way for me. I don’t recommend her unprofessional, unethical business to anyone!!!!!!!!!

I worked with Ms. Crowell and she was very knowledgeable with regards to the Charlotte real estate market. She worked with me and I found the home of my dreams in the neighborhood that was desirable! The previous post must have gotten it twisted because Ms. Crowell is indeed the best agent I've worked with in a long time. She understood my needs, and was able to find the best for me and my family. I will use her again in the future for the purchase of my second home.
