When you want the best Realtor, I would suggest Barry Slobin. This was the most difficult sale I have ever had on a property, but I have to say that Barry was Exceptional. Always there when we needed him with support and encouragement. He was our second realtor on this particular property because we just got to frustrated with the first one, and to think he did this all for his small One Percent of the sale. Barry Slobin was the best realtor we have ever had, and also the least expensive. I guess it was the times, it's just difficult to sell a house in a recession/depression, but Barry did it and he also kept us laughing. Always calm and helpful, even when we had another realtor in a different state where we were buying a house, Barry helped us understand some things when our realtor was Useless. Great realtor, personable, knowledgeable. Have used him in one buy and 3 sell transactions. Barry is realistic, and just casual enough (does not try to force exclusivity agreements down your throat, like most realtors). He gets job done in an efficient manner. He listens to his clients, (again, something most realtors simply don't know how to do). I have worked with over half a dozen realtors in the area, and Barry is the best I have worked with.

Barry gave a good first impression but steadily, increasingly exposed his lack of caring for me and for getting me the most money for my house. When the buyer made his list of repair requests, for instance, Barry insisted that I make them all. I new that my house was a deal and refused, thus saving myself thousands of dollars. Barry didn't show up to the closing and failed to communicate with me in a timely manner.

I've had the pleasure to work with Ruth Williams for many years. She is consistantly professional as well as a very friendly and warm person. I trust her to always perform her job with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend her services.
