I am a local, Disabled Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom that recently submitted an application for a rental property Mr. Jones ownes in Durham, NC. Throughout the process, communication with Reggie became very difficult, with him not returning phone calls or emails. While I was out of the state on business, I had my girlfriend whom would be living with me communicating with Reggie. He showed her the property and took the application for rental. At that time we both had inquired about a possible move-in date as we are expecting a baby very soon. Reggie stated that a repair needed to be made. After a week of me not being able to get return calls or emails from Reggie, I had my girlfriend contact him again. He explained to her that he was waiting on a Inspector to inspect the property before move-in and not to worry, that "we were on top of his list for possible renters". As the days followed, I continually emailed Reggie inquiring about the property and a move-in date, as our baby was now rapidly approaching. While waiting on a status update from Mr. Jones, we missed other housing opportunties where our application was accepted as well. Due to Mr. Jones' inability to communicate effectively, he has violated Durham's Equal Housing Opportunty for Disabled Veteran's. In addition, his ethics and morals are in question as he led myself and my girlfriend along to believe that we were waiting for a move-in date. To my surprise, I recently discovered that the house was being rented even during times of communication with Mr. Jones.

We were looking to rent a home and I came across a listing that Mr. Yao had. I contacted him and from the very beginning he was friendly, professional and extreemly helpful. He picked up the phone at least 90 percent of the time when I called and when he did not he would call back within a half hour. He kept in contact throughout the entire process. He has made this a great adjustment for us and we would/will work with him in the future when it is time to buy our home.

Do not use this agent. She stole $10,000 from us. We are currently in the process of taking her real estate license from her. She is a thief!

I could not have asked for a better selling agent. This was the first time my husband and I ever sold a home and we seemed to have a never ending list of questions. Christy was always extremely knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. She really took the stress out of a very stressful situation, since we were moving out of state – timing was everything. And our home sold in LESS THAN ONE DAY thanks to Christy!! She was also able to coordinate a closing that worked perfectly for my family. It really was a perfect selling experience. Even though we are now in Florida, I still talk about how great our selling experience was thanks to Christy. Everyone should be so lucky to have her on their side.

Christy is a wonderful agent. She never missed/declined/rescheduled an appointment (even when she was sick!). I looked at about 25 homes before deciding what I wanted and Christy was so patient and helpful. I was first time home buyer so I had a lot of question and she always responded quickly and thoroughly. Even after the sale Christy was so helpful with issues I didn't know how to handle. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Bought and sold in Chapel Hill 2009. Wang was seller's agent and was clueless. Appeared to bring a previous transaction's negative mindset to the contract. She harassed the buyer's lender, was somewhat incompetent, used improper spelling and grammar, and never appeared positive and motivated for buyer or seller. Her actions negatively affected the sales cycle time. She created and promoted a tension-filled process. Don't waste your time! There are too many other agents to choose from to assist you. If you ignore this note, at the very least interview her first and look for clues. They WILL reveal themselves....

Christy's first home listing was ours and she went above and beyond to get our house sold. It only took 4 weeks. We were so impressed by her efforts and attention to detail that we asked her to find our next home after deciding to stay in the area. I absolutely love my new home and could not be happier.
