Avoid Wang at ALL cost

Bought and sold in Chapel Hill 2009. Wang was seller's agent and was clueless. Appeared to bring a previous transaction's negative mindset to the contract. She harassed the buyer's lender, was somewhat incompetent, used improper spelling and grammar, and never appeared positive and motivated for buyer or seller. Her actions negatively affected the sales cycle time. She created and promoted a tension-filled process. Don't waste your time! There are too many other agents to choose from to assist you. If you ignore this note, at the very least interview her first and look for clues. They WILL reveal themselves....
