Happy Renter buy a previous house with Tony Yao and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We were looking to rent a home and I came across a listing that Mr. Yao had. I contacted him and from the very beginning he was friendly, professional and extreemly helpful. He picked up the phone at least 90 percent of the time when I called and when he did not he would call back within a half hour. He kept in contact throughout the entire process. He has made this a great adjustment for us and we would/will work with him in the future when it is time to buy our home.

Very poor service representing contract and contract requirements to buyer. Fails to return phone calls and emails to Seller Agent. Fundimental lack of understanding of sales contract and proper documentation requirements of the NCAR.
