- I love shopping, and assisting a client in buying or selling a home is another form of shopping for the best price. Each purchase or sale is competition, and I want to be successful.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The challenge for me is qualifying buyers. They want alot for their money but the Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach areas are unique and tend to hold their value, even in this market.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My first client was given to me because no one else wanted to work with him, even his wife said he could be difficult. Every property I emailed to him or the few I physically showed him, I would receive a spreadsheet that night. Of course, the joke was on everyone else because he bought the fifth home I showed to him. Other agents asked me how I did it. He was just like my husband and my brother in law so I was very comfortable with him.

- As a retired teacher, I know when to talk and when to listen and I am patient.

- Top producers in our office keep me going.

- A fellow agent advised me to continue marketing even though sales are slow.
