- The average I'd say is $500,000. I've listed and/or sold Homes and Lots from the @ $1,500,000 and u
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love the area and there certainly are some very fine homes here. My joke is that I'm the little guy in my community and folks think nothing of building a million dollar second home here - like it's nothing.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now I see that it's tough for buyers to "step up" and "make an offer", though there certainly are some excellent values out there.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Buyers tend to be comfortable with me. I'm easy going, cooperative and glad to help. I've listed and sold many fine homes, Bed and Breakfast properties and Commercial Properties.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Honesty, Compromise and Patience. Seeing both sides or a situation, I like to give the positives and negatives regarding a certain home or property = cause you're going to sell it at some point and time.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- A challenge and I tend to over-achieve when I'm appreciated.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I remember to "listen" to my sellers and buyers needs.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I ended a 20 year profession in South Florida to live here, we brought both of our daughters here and we all still love the area. It's a four season resort area and we love to get outside and get-up-close = with nature. Day Hiking, Casual Bicycling, Canoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Swimming and the like.
