I will never rent from these people (Boiling Springs Realty) again. They are dishonest, selfish, and unprofessional. Once they lock you into a lease, they do not care about you anymore. All they care about it money. My apartment was in shambles. I had to do all the repairs myself because no one ever answers the phone at the office. In fact, they are never there when you stop by either. They are a joke. Do not rent from them because they will take every opportunity to screw you over.
