There are many new developments combining mixed used, condos, villas and lofts and the gammet of subdivision offering resort amenities to on-grounds camping sites such as South Cliff.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It is a great privilege to witness the AH-HA! moments buyers experience when a deal just makes sense. Further, as a client said recently/to another investor/, "she's helped me earn millions with real estate and has saved me millions in real estate." Now is that pretty cool, or what?! Finally, I have had the honor to enjoy being a Top Producing Broker for my entire tenure thus far.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging aspect of real estate, I find, is helping buyers and sellers get the big picture. Often times, a buyer/seller or even investor will just see that their immediate or emotional needs are met. I try to reduce a transaction to balance through a sensible approach.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Okay, but don't ask! A buyer/friend needed a home for himself and his teenage son. They had little down and the deal I was helping them to structure was falling apart at the seams - due to money! Darn! I won't let money rule my world and I'm sure not going to allow it to control my clients, as best I'm able. I n this case, I forfeited my commission to throw it back in the deal at the closing table. Rather than take a second on the home, I simply had my investor/builder client sign a two-year exclusive right to represent him in all transactions! This is big picture thinking...this is REAL estate building.

My uncanny ability to predict market trends, neighborhood movements in both micro and macro regional implications.

All the great prophets, industrialists and spiritualists who deal only in win-win-win ideologies.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To quickly double one's money, simply fold it in half, then place it BACK into your wallet.

EVERYWHERE A home in each far reach of the planet, in various different styles, will suit me just fine.
