Moving a household at its best is a stressful experience. Moving to an entirely different state can be even more traumatic. Finding the right real estate agent was important. We found what we were looking for in Frank Gomez. Frank ****ured us he would find the perfect home for us and he did! His positive attitude gave us the confidence we desperately needed to make the right housing decision. His personal attention to our specific living needs, i.e. pasture land for horses we thought would be a challenge. Frank not only found us a house with the land we required, it was completely within our price range! Thanks to Frank we are happily living our dream!

Frank did a great job as our Realtor! In a market where six months is the average, our house closed 56 days after listing. It was fantastic to have someone we could trust to advise us on the sale and to handle all the details for us, because we were 800 miles away. He coached us in preparing the house for sale, pricing it, and offering incentives; he answered all of our calls and emails promptly; he kept us informed of showings, offers, feedback, inspection details, repairs and contract issues; and he did it all with respect, professionalism, and courtesy to everyone involved. He's organized, efficient, goal-oriented, and funny! We truly enjoyed working with him and recommend him without reservation.
