Here is a man with experience (over 32 years) in real estate. I am selling my home through Scott and have purchased a home, a rental , and now a new home through his offices. Let me tell you he is great --or I wouldn't have gone back the second time. I recommend him highly.

Do not trust Marge McArthur, if you are a seller selling without an agent do not trust her to take care of everything. You get charged and screwed over. I don't believe she knows what she is doing. Who dosen't know how to email documents, or use a fax machine? She would also have us sign and not have the buyer sign first, not all the paper work was finished at closing. We should have just walked away. We were fully taken advantage of. And will never work with remax again.
