Scott and Kellie were extremely helpful and did a wonderful job keeping this transaction on task up to closing. Scott was very practical and patient with me and my wife's concerns and requests. Very profesional and easy to talk with.

We flew to Montana the first weekend in May, determined to try to find a home to buy, after a three and a half year search. Scott met us on a Sunday morning and showed us 2 homes. As we looked at the second home, we asked if it could be remodeled. He thought it could but he and his son mentioned a builder that might be able to come talk to us about it. Sure enough, a few hours later we met at the home with a builder who thought it could be done. We called Scott back and he agreed to come all the way back up to Columbia Falls to sign a buy sell agreement. He was professional and nice! He answered our many questions and acted like there was nothing he would rather be doing at 9 o'clock on a Sunday night. As we sat in the airport in Missoula the next day we got a call from Scott saying we had signed buy sell agreement. From then until yesterday (25 days) he and his team - primarily Kellie, kept communicating and explaining and making things happen. We were impressed with Scott and the whole team who helped us see our Montana Dream become a reality.
