Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I am a student of my profession and I get great satisfaction from helping others succeed with their real estate goals.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping abreast of changes in the real estate market as well as the daily implementation of new technologies in our industry.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: A past client who could not sell their home for over 1 year with another brokerage, then trusted me to list and market their home. I simply defined the home with descriptive writing, did a complete photo shoot, and "exposed" their home to the market. It sold in less than 30 days. Exposure was the key!
What is your best characteristic?: I tend to be a workaholic and I understand my business and industry. As a student of my profession, I continually strive to learn all that I can to benefit to my clients and my fellow agents.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Steve Morris, CEO and founder of EXiT Realty Corp International. Ingenious and purpose driven, he inspires me to share this new and revolutionary real estate business model with everyone.
What is the best advice you ever received?: To always try to do the best that I can and never stop learning.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Tropical Pacific, possibly Micronesia. Eight years of the Pacific islands lifestyle was not enough for me and would love to return to the more simple life.
