- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love meeting new people. I'm a people person and as my Mom says "I have never met a stranger". I get a special feeling when I help people find that perfect home. It is very rewarding.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Getting your clients approved for a mortgage.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- After selling this client a home years ago she remembered me and looked me up. Devorced and remarried now looking for a new home, incountered some obsticals in getting financed. Working very hard it took them a year to get things straight. But It all payed off in the end. They were so happy. All along the way I worked with them and kept them from getting discouraged. I like happy endings like that.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Being self motivated and honest.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mother, she is the most optimistic person I know, with great faith in the Lord above.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Only I can change my destiney.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I would stay right here, in Northern Miss. I love my home.
