Melanie Wilkinson is exactly the kind of real estate agent I was looking for, but wasn't sure existed in this day and age. She is everything a realtor should be, in my view. Melanie cares, is honest and straight forward, and allows me as the seller to speak my mind and plead my case as to the saleability of my home. She realizes that I have a tremendous amount of pride in my home; yet, at the same time, she is respectfully realistic about the comparisons of homes in the area. She also has a comfortable way about her that makes dealing with her like trusting a friend.
