"Melanie Wilkinson is exactly the kind of real estate agent I was looking for, but wasn't sure existed in this day and age. She is everything a realtor should be, in my view. Melanie cares, is honest and straight forward, and allows me as the seller to speak my mind and plead my case as to the saleability of my home. She realizes that I have a tremendous amount of pride in my home; yet, at the same time, she is respectfully realistic about the comparisons of homes in the area. She also has a comfortable way about her that makes dealing with her like trusting a friend. I feel fortunate to have chosen Melanie Wilkinson as my agent, and know this is the best experience I could have in an otherwise very tough real estate market. I am confident that when we do find that buyer for my home, the selling price will be something I can live with, knowing that Melanie has done all she can to affect a fair, reasonable sale. I would recommend Melanie Wilkinson to anyone selling their home."
Response: "Thank you DC, it has been a pleasure working with you." This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.
