Yes, due to Hurricane Katrina there are many new developments in and around the Picayune/Carriere area. We also have many jobs at the Stennis Space Center NASA

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love meeting new people, helping people and seeing different designs of homes based on when they were built and I love selling an unimproved piece of land and seeing what the buyers do with it.

Mortgage lenders ever changing requirements for buyers.
