What a treasure!

We had decided to downsize but were somewhat anxious about the process. We called Woody Spiers of REMAX Premier Group and he promptly came to our house but advised us to find a place to move before listing the property. He then found a wonderful lot in an exclusive gated community and we started building. When we did list the house with him, it sold in two days.
