I was pleasantly surprised to find Cathy. She has not personally represented me as a buyer's agent, but I have found her to be completely professional and forthcoming. She represents several banks in the sale of their foreclosed homes and I found her extremely easy to work with. She helped me complete all the paperwork based upon my criteria and I was able to find a great deal. I plan to use her in the future to help me locate great properties in clean neighborhoods that I can cash flow.
