- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Helping people understand the real estate market has been up and down in the past and that as buyers, this could be the best opportunity they will have for a very long time to purchase the home of their dreams. And for sellers, that even though the market may not allow them to appreciate as much equity as they hoped, that if they are buying a home, their next home is probably a lot cheaper because of the same market variables.

- My very first transaction was with a young married couple. We looked for homes for several weeks during the early fall. When we found their home, the young wife pointed out where she wanted the family to sit and watch the Christmas tree and open presents in their very own, first home. I was hooked ever since.

- Listening empathetically to my clients needs and desires.

- My Faith.

- Don't forget to enjoy the things that mean the most in life. Loved ones and family.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Somewhere warm and near the water. I love gazing out at open bodies of water, watching the sunset or rise, watching people have fun on their boats. So, I guess I'm already here!
