ArkAngel sell a previous house with Patricia Cash and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Ms. Cash is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. Dealing with her was horrible. She made my wife and I feel as if we were stupid and not worth her time. While trying to rent out my house she denied everyone who inquired about it then told me that I should sell even though the market it horrible right now. I pray that no one has to deal with her.
