There are two new developments, Hawthorne which is behind WalMart and Cayhill which is east of Warrensburg, closer to Whiteman AFB.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy meeting and working with people to find homes that meet their needs.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are challenges in all parts of like, it just depends on how you handle it. I love a challenge!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Interesting moment? There are always exciting times, but probably the best was when I sold a home site unseen to people stationed in Alaska, coming to Whiteman!

What is your best characteristic?
People say that I am out-going and smile a lot!

Don't sweat the small stuff---and it's all small stuff!
