- What is the average home price in your market?
- Obviously it varies, but I would say between $125,000 - 175,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- There is an undescribable feeling you get when you have helped your clients find "the one" and I always feel very priveleged just to be a part of that experience!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Staying current with market trends, especially in this rapidly changing marketplace. That is why I feel taking Continuing Education classes and keeping up on technology is extremely important!!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Persistance. I wont give up until we have found the perfect home, tract of land, office space, or building my clients are looking for.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Live each day to it's fullest! I am not sure who said it, but I love the expression; Yesterday is like cashed check, It's gone and you can't get it back. Tomorrow is a "check in the mail" you may or may not get it. Today is the only "Cash" you have spend it wisely!!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here! I have traveled enough to know that we really have it pretty good here in the midwest!!
