Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I am a people person. I love helping buyers and sellers find each other. The smile that you put on peoples faces when you find them the home they have been looking for or selling their home is the greatest gift.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Educating the public about our industry and why it is important to use a Real Estate Agent.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a Buyer that needed to get out of the Trailer Park she was living in and her credit was not so great. She had found a mortgage company that would finance her and between the finance company and myself we were able to place her into a very nice home on acreage. Whenever she needs anything she calls. She now has a beautiful baby boy.
What is your best characteristic?
I am a great listener.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My parents inspire me the most. In 1993 my father was in a construction accident which ended up causing him to have RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystraphy). This disease cause a great deal of pain none stop. My father has never stop doing anything he loves just because of this disease. He continues to work, golf and him and mom go out on their Harley Davidson. The strength my mom has shown is amazing. She has been there every step of the way. Another person that inspires me is my Best Friend growing up Mom. She has lost daughter (my friend) to Leukemia in 1998, her husband to lung cancer and her own mother to lung cancer and know she has a form of cancer. Throughout all these hardships she continues through life with such strength.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To never give up and to always be yourself.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Warrensburg, MO because this is where my family is and there is nothing more important to me than God, Family and Friends.
