Don't work with Andy

Don't work with Andy if you require decency and understanding in those you deal with. He was indeed great when we agreed to buy a house from him. But when one of us was laid off from work and we could no longer qualify for financing, Andy refused to return our earnest money making a tough financial situation even tougher and making us realize that he is lacking in empathy and the life experience necessary for working with families in the current economy.
