There are choices for first time home buyers, growing families, investors, recreational living, and those looking to down size.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I helped a family from Idaho find a rental home. A couple from Springfield an atrium home. A couple for a condo relocating to be near family. A company that needed leased space in St. Charles. I am trying to get them a St. Louis County location now. Every day is a new day.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I like people. This year has been a special year for being able to spend time with clients who have become good friends.

Success is in the weeks, months, and years after the transaction as it becomes obvious that life is working for the families that were clients.

It is nice to accomplish things that require a different approach.

If you are going to put it on the market you need to have a reason for having it there, differentiate it. Staging, and marketing always make a difference.

Clients and most of us make decisions based on present needs and resources with some compromise to the plausable future.
