After going to a few open houses I met an agent who showed me 3 or 4 houses that were not really what I was looking for. Once settled in the new place and ready to sell the old she advised me on how to make it appealing to a wide variety of buyers. She gave me great low cost improvement ideas that really worked. Like a marketing genie she advertised my house everywhere and had it sold for what I wanted in under a month. After hearing some horror stories from friend's and family about their buyer and selling experiences I consider myself very luck to have found Shelly Smith. She is a very professional yet personable and honest agent. I will never make a move without her.
