- I enjoy using new technology to market our listings in creative ways that get them more exposure than the typical agent offers.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Many homeowners are unable to sell their home for the market value due to owning more on their mortgage than the property is worth. Helping these homeowners decide if they should remain in the home, take a loss, try for a short sale or lease the property is the biggest challenge in today's market.

- I've had several clients who ended up choosing a home based on the video tour we took of the home.

- I am completely honest with my clients. They may not always like the facts of the market, but they know that I am giving them the candid information needed to make a sound decision.

- Seeing my clients on closing day is all the inspiration I need.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- When I set up my first website in 2007, I read that blogging was the future of websites, so I started blogging. It has led me in directions that I would never have anticipated. I'm now considered the 'tech' agent at my company and teach other agents how to use technology in their business.
