- I helped a family from Idaho find a rental home. A couple from Springfield an atrium home. A couple for a condo relocating to be near family. A company that needed leased space in St. Charles. I am trying to get them a St. Louis County location now. Every day is a new day.

- I like people. This year has been a special year for being able to spend time with clients who have become good friends.

- If you are going to put it on the market you need to have a reason for having it there, differentiate it. Staging, and marketing always make a difference.

- Clients and most of us make decisions based on present needs and resources with some compromise to the plausable future.
