We did a lease purchase from Michael Cunningham in 2007. We didn't take the time to have a realtor go over the contract before we signed it. We were going to purchase it after 1 year rental. 10 months into the contract I started looking for a lender. All the linders, (countrywide, other big name lenders),said that since our names were not on any paperwork (the title was still in a builders account) we could not refinance this property. SO they took the property back and we lost $16,500.00. After that he still says we owe him another $1150.00. DO not trust him and be smarter than me get everything in writting before you sign.

She is absolutely genuine and knows her stuff! Buying a house is scary and overwhelming, but she made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. She looked for things in the houses we walked through for possible problems, knowing we wouldn't know to look for these things. She made sure our contract allowed us to back out on the chance that all was not right. It was a wonderful experience and we couldn't be happier. Thanks, Becky!

We were not the kind of clients that real estate agents dream of... we didn't have a lot of money to spend, needed a lot of hand holding, and were pretty particular about what we wanted. After all, this was our first home, we wanted it to be great. Becky remained on our side, searching constantly for houses that met our criteria, writing up paperwork for the house we wanted, consoling us when that house fell through, helping us with extensive paperwork on the house we ended up with, and following up to make sure we were happy. This house was particularly challenging, since it had a bunch of clauses, but she checked them all, writing in safety clauses for us, checking everything. She even followed up on our escrow, and when we still had unmet goals, she sent her own handyman to set it right! Although we were tremendously burdensome, she never once made us feel it, instead faced these challenges as part of the process. For us, no other realtor can hold a candle to Becky.
