I have worked for Violet Fulton off and on for many years. I am her grandson, and she did sell my parents house when I was young. She has always wanted the best for all parties. I might be prejudice, so I'll encourage others to post.

I have been in this business 17 years. I have opperated Fulton Associates Real Estate about 5 years
What is the average home price in your market?
It is around 131,000 US dollars.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I get to do a little bit of everything. I work in the office and out, and I make my own schedule. Most important is all the different people I get to meet. I can't wait to wake up in the mornings and find out the next people I will meet.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Selling the house that is being rented, but I have been able to help the renters as well.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I once had to sell a tractor, so a buyer could get enough money to purchase the property. This business takes some wheeling and dealing to make everything work for the best of everybody.
What is your best characteristic?
I am very social and get along with all sorts of people.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My husband, Paul Fulton, is a carpenter and has worked for fourty years. I model my business after his.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Love the Lord Your God.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would like to live inside the city of Salem rather than out of town, but I will just enjoy working there for now.
